Plumbing & Heating Heroes wants every customer to be able to reach us and book work, whatever device they use and however they use it. If anything on this site gets in your way, tell us and we will fix it or find another way to help you.
What we aim for
This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. In practice that means text you can resize and read against its background, every control reachable with a keyboard and showing where the focus is, images carrying meaningful alternative text, and pages that work with a screen reader.
Where we know we fall short
This is a working site and we do not claim it is perfect. Some pages embed photos and social posts from third parties that we do not control. We review the site as we add to it, and we treat an accessibility problem as a bug, not a feature request.

Information in another format
If you need anything on this site, including a quote or an invoice, in a different format or with communication support, ask us and we will arrange it at no extra cost. Tell us what works for you and we will work with you to provide it.
Telling us about a problem
Email info@plumbingandheatingheroes.ca with the page you were on and what went wrong, or call the number above. We aim to reply within two business days, and we will tell you what we are doing about it.
In your home
Accessibility is not only a website matter. If you need us to work around a mobility aid, a service animal, or a support person, say so when you book and the crew will be told before they arrive.
